We only offer standard shipping at this time. Standard shipping takes 5-7 days to ship (processing days not included).

What is your return policy?

Due to the ability to customize our bags, our company does not allow returns on any of our purchases.

What do I do if my promotional code does not work?

Our promotional codes are case-sensitive so make sure you are capitalizing letters when needed. You can also copy and paste our code into the VE checkout website.
